Online platform specialist

Responsibilities:

- Property Listing Creation (Create and optimize property listings on the channels, Avantio

Platform, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions, amenities, and images)

- DTCM (Register property in DTCM portal to get the license )

- Content Optimization (Regularly update and optimize listing content to improve visibility and search rankings within the Avantio platform and other distribution channels)

- Photography and Media Management (Coordinate and manage property photos and other

media assets to enhance the visual appeal of listings)

- Pricing Strategy (Collaborate with relevant teams to set and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends, seasonal variations, and demand)

- Calendar Management (Maintain and update availability calendars on the Avantio platform

to reflect accurate booking information)

- Performance Analytics (Monitor and analyze the performance of listings, utilizing data and

analytics tools provided by the Hostaway platform to optimize for better results)

- Guest Communication (Respond to guest inquires, providing information about the property, availibility, and any additional details the may require)

- Platform Updates and Training (Stay informed about updates and features on the Avantio

platform and other channels)

- Quality Assurance (Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure compliance with platform

standards and quality benchmarks)

Work Conditions & Benefits:

-Work Format: Hybrid. Office attendance is required 2 times per week

-Visa: Employment visa sponsorship can be provided after the successful completion of the probation period (3 months).

Salary: First month: 4,000 AED Thereafter: 4,500 AED

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
