Online Platforms Expert (Amazon, Noon)

We are looking for an experienced Online Platforms Expert (Amazon, Noon) to manage our e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in product research, listing optimization, advertising campaigns (PPC), and overall marketplace management.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical and creative skills to grow our brand visibility and sales performance on both Amazon and Noon platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product research and competitor analysis using Helium 10, Keepa, and other analytical tools.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullet points, images, descriptions, keywords).
• Manage Amazon and Noon Ads (PPC campaigns) — keyword targeting, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
• Monitor sales, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
• Manage FBA / fulfillment logistics and resolve listing or account-related issues.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for visuals and campaign strategies.
• Stay updated on both Amazon and Noon policies, algorithms, and trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Amazon and/or Noon seller accounts.
• Strong command of Helium 10, product ranking, and keyword research strategies.
• Hands-on experience in Amazon PPC / ADS and Noon advertising tools.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and result-driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or Turkish is a plus).
