We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Reputation & Google Business Profile Specialist to manage Google Business Profiles and online reputation for multiple clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Google Business Profile, review management, local SEO basics, client reporting, and how to improve a business’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Business Profiles for multiple clients
• Optimize business profiles with accurate information, services, photos, posts, and updates
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally
• Help clients improve their online reputation and local visibility
• Track profile performance, reviews, rankings, and engagement
• Create and publish Google Business Profile posts
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for photos, updates, offers, and business information
• Identify issues with listings, duplicate profiles, suspensions, or incorrect information
• Prepare reports and updates for clients
• Support basic local SEO and reputation management efforts

Requirements:

• Experience with Google Business Profile / GMB management
• Good understanding of online reputation management
• Strong English writing skills
• Basic understanding of local SEO
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Ability to write professional review responses
• Comfortable working with clients and internal teams

Job Details:
Position: Online Reputation & Google Business Profile Specialist
Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: P.W.D, Islamabad
Type: On-site

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
