We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive – Gaming to safeguard and enhance our brand’s reputation across all online platforms. The role involves monitoring, managing, and responding to user feedback, reviews, and community interactions to ensure a positive and consistent brand image across the gaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the brand’s online reputation across platforms including Google, Official Website, Steam, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Discord, LinkedIn, forums, and other gaming communities.
  • Track, analyze, and respond to reviews, ratings, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle negative feedback, complaints, and reputation risks with empathy, strategy, and brand-aligned communication.
  • Engage with gaming communities on platforms like Steam and Discord to foster trust and positive sentiment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Product, PR) to resolve issues and improve user experience.
  • Develop ORM strategies to improve ratings, reviews, and overall brand perception.
  • Identify potential reputation threats and escalate critical issues promptly.
  • Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on sentiment analysis, feedback trends, and platform performance.
  • Support marketing and PR campaigns by managing audience engagement and feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Online Reputation Management, Community Management, Social Media, or Digital Marketing (gaming industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of gaming platforms, online communities, and player behavior.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations diplomatically.
  • Familiarity with review platforms, social listening tools, and ORM practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of interactions efficiently.
  • Crisis management and problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for gaming and online communities is highly desirable.

  • Experience handling Steam reviews and Discord community moderation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, review management tools, or sentiment analysis platforms.
  • Understanding of PR, customer experience, or brand management strategies.
