Online Sale Representative

Job description:

Golden Furniture Inc is looking for one Chinese experienced online sales representative to join our company. Experience working at Amazon and Walmart is required. This position is primarily responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating online sale activities. May perform duties such as managing inventory, creating and managing posts, implementing marketing activities, and fulfilling and shipping online orders.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

Calculates revenue, sales, and expenses.

Composes descriptions of merchandise for posting to online storefront, auction sites, or other shopping websites.

Prepares or organizes online storefront marketing material, including product descriptions or subject lines, optimizing content to search engine criteria.

Receives and processes payments from customers, using electronic transaction services.

Calculates purchase subtotals, taxes, and shipping costs for submission to customers.

Composes images of products, using video and still cameras, lighting equipment, props, or photo and video editing software.

Corresponds with online customers via electronic mail, telephone, or other electronic messaging to address questions and complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods.

Determines location for product listings to maximize exposure to online traffic.

Responsible for supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment.

Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

Verbal skills with the ability to bond with customers and build rapport and trust.

Ability to write a email to answer customers questions.

Technically savvy.

Attention to detail.

Salary :

We provide a good salary and commission
