We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Online Sales and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This is a multi-faceted role that combines online sales management with essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Online Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of online sales, from processing orders to managing product listings.
- Product Handling: Efficiently collect and prepare products for delivery, ensuring they are packaged securely and accurately.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally via email, phone, or online chat.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance and administrative metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using online sales platforms (e.g., Woocommerce, Amazon, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be based in the UAE and legally eligible to work.
