Online Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Title: Online Sales and Marketing Manager — Jilphar Furniture(Dubai, UAE)

Role Overview

The Online Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving e-commerce revenue growth, building strong digital brand presence, and executing integrated online marketing strategies tailored to furniture and home décor products. You will lead digital campaigns, optimize online sales channels, manage digital channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize conversion and customer engagement across UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute online sales strategies to grow e-commerce revenue and meet sales targets.

Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and digital campaign ROI to guide continuous improvement.

Optimize the user journey on the e-commerce platform, improving conversion rates, average order value, and retention.

Monitor competitor online offerings and pricing; identify opportunities for differentiation.

Digital Marketing & Branding

Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including:

Google Ads (SEM/PPC)

Social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

Email marketing & automation

SEO (organic search optimization)

Plan and create engaging content for online channels (blogs, social, newsletters).

Manage social media strategy, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.

Track and optimize performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM metrics).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with product, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.

Work with external agencies or freelancers as needed for creative, SEO, or paid media efforts.

Provide regular reporting to senior management on KPIs (traffic, sales, campaign results).

Customer & Market Insights

Monitor market trends and customer feedback; refine marketing and sales tactics for maximum impact.

Use data to segment audiences and tailor messaging for key segments (e.g., residential, corporate clients).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.

Proven experience in e-commerce sales and digital marketing — ideally within retail, furniture, home décor, or similar consumer goods.

Deep understanding of digital platforms, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager).

Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.

Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Experience in content creation, campaign execution, and budgeting for digital channels.

Preferred Attributes

Previous work in the furniture or interior design industry or cooperation with Amazon/Noon.

Knowledge of regional market and customer preferences in the UAE/GCC.

UAE Driving license required.(Outdoor marketing)

Work Environment

Based in Dubai, UAE (DragonMart1 Office).
