We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer communication, support sales activities, and coordinate daily operations with our technical team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, confident in dealing with customers, and experienced in online sales support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with Bahrain-based customers
  • Manage WhatsApp calls and customer messages professionally
  • Operate ERP system including:
  • Invoices
  • Job cards
  • Quotations
  • Receipts
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Create daily work schedules and coordinate with field technicians
  • Follow up with existing clients and connect with new leads
  • Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Track job progress and maintain activity records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or online sales
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Ability to multitask and manage daily schedules
  • Basic understanding of ERP or CRM systems
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
