We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer communication, support sales activities, and coordinate daily operations with our technical team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, confident in dealing with customers, and experienced in online sales support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with Bahrain-based customers
- Manage WhatsApp calls and customer messages professionally
- Operate ERP system including:
- Invoices
- Job cards
- Quotations
- Receipts
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Create daily work schedules and coordinate with field technicians
- Follow up with existing clients and connect with new leads
- Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Track job progress and maintain activity records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or online sales
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Ability to multitask and manage daily schedules
- Basic understanding of ERP or CRM systems
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
