Lurella Cosmetics is a fast-growing beauty brand known for high-quality makeup, tools, and beauty accessories. We’re expanding our presence on TikTok Shop and are looking for energetic, camera-ready hosts to represent our brand during live sales events.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a charismatic TikTok Live Sales Hostess to showcase Lurella Cosmetics products, engage with viewers in real time, and drive sales through TikTok Shop. This person should be confident on camera, knowledgeable about beauty products, and excited to interact with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Host regular TikTok Shop live streams (24–40 hours per week) showcasing Lurella Cosmetics products.
• Demonstrate products clearly and professionally, highlighting benefits, features, and application tips.
• Engage with live viewers, answer questions, and maintain an upbeat, positive on-camera presence.
• Follow a prepared product script while still presenting naturally.
• Stay informed on promotions, launches, and key selling points.
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize live performance and implement feedback.
• Track live performance metrics and contribute ideas to increase sales.
• Help prepare and organize products before and after each live session.

Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
• Strong communication and customer-engagement skills.
• Passion for beauty, makeup, and cosmetics (experience in beauty retail or content creation is a plus).
• Basic understanding of TikTok and live-streaming platforms.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within the 24–40 hour range.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Compensation

• $20 per hour
• Commission on sales via TikTok Shop
