Online Sales Customer Care Representative for Online Shopping

Business Arcade, a premier online retailer of women's apparel, cosmetics, perfumes, personal care items, and electronic gadgets, is on the lookout for a dynamic Amazon Marketplace Specialist. As we continue to expand our footprint on Amazon, we're seeking a seasoned expert who can help us navigate the intricacies of the platform, boost our sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assisting customers with product selections, orders, and returns.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Providing detailed information about our products, including women's apparel, cosmetics, and electronic gadgets.
- Ensuring customer feedback is communicated to the relevant departments.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and policies.
- Working closely with the e-commerce team to provide insights on customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and handle various customer issues simultaneously.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuinely customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Knowledge of our product range is a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Customer Care: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English and Arabic (Preferred)
