Online Sales Executive

Engage Distribution is a Dubai-based company specializing in the distribution of electronics, audio, and tech products across the UAE. As part of our ongoing regional expansion into Africa, we are strengthening our online presence and looking for an enthusiastic person to support our growing business structure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on company website, Noon, Amazon, and other famous e-commerce platforms.
• Handle product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination
• Ensure product content (titles, descriptions, images, and keywords) is optimized for visibility and conversion
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and recommend improvement strategies
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and marketplace trends
• Coordinate with logistics and operations for timely order fulfillment
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on promotional campaigns and product updates
• Maintain compliance with marketplace listing policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Noon, Amazon, or similar platforms)
• Strong knowledge of Noon Seller Lab and Amazon Seller Central
• Experience in inventory management, pricing, and performance tracking
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools
• Basic understanding of SEO for product listings and digital marketing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
