Online Sales Executive

Online Sales Executive to grow our e-commerce sales across our website and major marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Trendyol). You’ll own product listings, pricing, promotions, marketplace advertising and customer enquiries to maximize revenue and margin while keeping stock and operations running smoothly.

General / across all channels

• Create, maintain and optimize product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, images and enhanced content.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with operations/warehouse to avoid OOS and manage replenishment.
• Execute platform promotions, couponing, seasonal campaigns and bundle offers.
• Manage day-to-day customer messages and returns escalations for marketplace orders.
• Maintain pricing competitiveness and implement dynamic price updates when needed.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace rules and brand/product policy.

Platform-specific duties

Publish new products on the company website, ensuring all product attributes, specifications, pricing, images, and content are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Work closely with logistics and shipping partners to expedite order deliveries and resolve delivery issues.

Amazon: operate Seller Central — manage FBA/FBM settings.

Noon: onboard/list products on Noon Partner, follow Noon onboarding docs and seller policies, manage Noon promotions and ads, resolve order/returns via Noon portal.

Trendyol: manage product uploads, category mapping and localized listings for Trendyol Partner; support local requirements as needed.

Manage in-store showroom sales, ensuring excellent customer experience from greeting to payment.

Analytical skills — comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and interpreting platform reports.

Strong copywriting for product listings.

Attention to detail and high organizational ability.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to write clear and professional content in both languages.
