We are seeking a proactive Sales and Customer Support Executive to manage customer communications, assist with sales processes, and coordinate operational tasks with our technical team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident, and experienced in handling online customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Bahrain-based customers via phone calls and WhatsApp
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests professionally
- Maintain ERP records, including:
- Quotations and invoices
- Job cards and receipts
- Oversee and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Plan daily work assignments and coordinate schedules with technicians
- Follow up with existing clients and generate new business leads
- Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Track service progress and update internal records
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or online sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Basic working knowledge of ERP or CRM software
- Good coordination and problem-solving capabilities
