Online Sales Executive (E-commerce)

Flori Mart, a premium floral and gifting brand in Qatar, is hiring an Online Sales Executive (E-commerce) to join our growing team.

The role involves handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and the website, converting leads into sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also upsell flowers, gifts, and chocolates, coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and follow up with customers after purchase.

We are looking for a candidate with 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication and closing skills, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Experience with CRM systems or WhatsApp Business is preferred.

We offer a salary range of QAR 3,500 – 4,500 plus commission (1% – 3%) based on performance, along with opportunities for growth within a premium brand.
