Arenda Car Rental is seeking a dynamic, high-energy professional to lead our digital storefront. This is not just a "chat" job; it is a dual-impact role where you will own the Online Sales Funnel and oversee 24/7 Fleet Operations. We are looking for a closer—someone who turns inquiries into long-term rentals while ensuring operational excellence.What You Will Do

• The Closer: Master the WhatsApp Business API and incoming calls to convert leads into confirmed bookings within minutes.
• Operations Guru: Manage the end-to-end rental lifecycle: from digital contract signing and Payment Verification to coordinating vehicle dispatch.
• Fleet Integrity: Monitor the real-time status of the fleet using GPS tracking systems to ensure security and timely returns.
• Customer Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, handling everything from VIP upgrades to emergency roadside assistance coordination.
• Revenue Growth: Actively upsell premium insurance, add-ons, and extended rental packages to maximize ticket value.

Requirements (The Non-Negotiables)

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Car Rental Sales or Automotive SaaS.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English/Urdu. You must be able to write professional, error-free emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Tech Mastery: Expert level in WhatsApp Business Tools, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Mindset: A "24/7" ownership mentality. You understand that the rental world never sleeps.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Time Duration Operator :

• Shift 1 (Day) 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM |10 Hours | Employee A
• Shift 2 (Evening) 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM | 9 Hours | Employee B
• Shift 3 (Night) 01:00 AM – 09:00 AM | 8 Hours | Employee C

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
