Online Sales Representative (Sanitary & Bathroom Accessories)

Polo Sanitary Fittings is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Sales Representative to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Sanitary Ware, Ceramics, or Home Improvement industries and possess strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales queries received daily
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and descriptions
• Coordinate order processing and delivery scheduling
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in online sales, preferably in Sanitary or Ceramic products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with social media sales, marketplaces, and CRM tools
• Proactive attitude and ability to meet sales targets
