Online Seller

We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Online Seller For Skincare to manage our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and updating our website, uploading products, managing online sales, coordinating orders, and keeping track of inventory across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Online Store Management

• Design, update, and maintain the company’s e-commerce website.
• Upload new products with proper descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, fast and attractive.
• Handle promotions, banners, and product categories.

Product Listing & Content

• Create high-quality product listings.
• Write clear and accurate product descriptions.
• Upload photos/videos and update stock availability.

Sales & Order Management

• Manage incoming online orders from website / WhatsApp / marketplaces.
• Coordinate with courier/cargo companies for delivery.
• Provide customer support for order status, returns, and product information.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly.
• Coordinate with warehouse/store staff for accurate stock counts.
• Prevent out-of-stock or overselling issues.

Marketing & Growth

• Manage social media product posting
• Run simple online ads or promotions
• Suggest ideas to increase traffic and improve sales conversion.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, online selling, or website management.
• Basic knowledge of website builders (Shopify) preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good English communication (Arabic is a bonus).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of photos/video editing is an advantage.
