Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Store Manager / Social Media and Content Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online store, creating engaging content for our social media platforms, and driving customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our brand presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

- Create and curate engaging content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media updates.

- Monitor and analyze website and social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and sales.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and advertisements.

- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and the online store.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continually enhance our online strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in e-commerce management and social media marketing.

- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and social media management tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
