We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, content updates, order processing, and smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s online store (website, marketplace platforms, or both)
- Add new products, update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and product availability
- Process and monitor online orders from placement to delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
- Handle order issues such as cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Ensure website content, banners, and promotions are updated regularly
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic sales reports
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure smooth checkout and payment processes
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online store management
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, etc.)
- Basic understanding of online payments, order fulfillment, and logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
