ONLINE STORE TEAM (FEMALES)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, content updates, order processing, and smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s online store (website, marketplace platforms, or both)
  • Add new products, update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and product availability
  • Process and monitor online orders from placement to delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
  • Handle order issues such as cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Ensure website content, banners, and promotions are updated regularly
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare basic sales reports
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure smooth checkout and payment processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online store management
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of online payments, order fulfillment, and logistics
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
