About Us

We are a UK-based approved training provider offering Ofqual-regulated qualifications through NCFE CACHE, including Health & Social Care, Childcare, and Leadership programmes. Our aim is to help learners in the UK gain the skills and confidence they need to build successful careers in the care and education sectors.

We are expanding our international academic team and are looking for experienced educators and professionals in care or early years to join us from India as Online Tutors/Assessors. You’ll receive full training and UK-accredited teaching and assessor qualifications to help you deliver and assess these qualifications to UK learners.

Courses You’ll Support

You will be trained to deliver and assess one or more of the following NCFE CACHE qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (England)
  • Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (England)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assess UK learners through online sessions and portfolio-based learning.
  • Review and provide feedback on learner assignments and assessments.
  • Guide learners to meet NCFE CACHE learning outcomes and performance standards.
  • Conduct virtual observations (if applicable) and ensure evidence meets qualification criteria.
  • Maintain accurate learner progress and feedback records.
  • Participate in standardisation meetings and professional development sessions.

Required Experience

You should have experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Working in nurseries, preschools, or schools (as a teacher, early years educator, or academic coordinator).
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
  • Experience in healthcare, social care, or community care (as a nurse, care manager, support worker, or trainer).
  • Conducting staff training, mentoring, or skill-based sessions.

Minimum experience: 3–5 years in a relevant professional, teaching, or training role.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent spoken and written English (clear, neutral accent preferred).
  • Confident communicator with strong mentoring and coaching ability.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using online platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Classroom, LMS, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn UK standards and qualification frameworks.

Qualifications (Preferred but Not Essential)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Candidates with strong industry experience but no formal teaching qualifications are welcome — full training will be provided.
