This work-from-home role is ideal for professionals who are confident in handling ACA calls, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality customer interactions. If you have solid ACA experience and can manage a remote setup responsibly, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for the ACA campaign to eligible customers.
• Accurately verify and update customer information.
• Strictly follow ACA compliance guidelines and approved call scripts.
• Maintain accurate and detailed call records in the system.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience on every call.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience working on an ACA campaign (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Stable internet connection and a noise-free workspace.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
