Onsite BIM Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Manager based in Abu Dhabi. The Onsite BIM Manager will manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities and workflows within projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing architectural and MEP models, ensuring alignment with project requirements, and collaborating with project teams to provide technical support. The role also involves facilitating BIM execution plans, conducting quality checks, and managing project deliverables to meet deadlines and standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows.

Knowledge of architecture, mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP), and project-related designs.

Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in BIM software tools like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with regional building standards is a plus.
