Onsite Engineer

Job Role

We are looking for a skilled On-Site Service Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of surveillance and office automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of products and providing technical support to clients at their sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test CCTV, EPABX, Intercom, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Networking equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Provide on-site training to clients on system usage and maintenance.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and update job status regularly.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of field experience in surveillance/security/automation industry.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Networking, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and PA Systems.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations within Mumbai and nearby areas.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
