Onsite Front Desk Lead

Sea-Tac is seeking a Live In /Onsite Lead Front Desk Agent for their Inn. This position is for 1 person ONLY. NO PETS ALLOWED!

We are seeking an individual who combines professionalism with a friendly, welcoming energetic personality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide exceptional and friendly service to guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and property goals.
* Ensures that all policies, procedures, federal, state and local ordinances with regard to personnel, security, cash handling, guest relations and safety are followed.
* Maintains and improves property standards and service to ensure guest satisfaction and the right public image.
* Ensure that the property and its inventories are always in the best of conditions.
* Assist to achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals, balancing cost with guest satisfaction.
* Comply with any accounting procedures.

* Inspects property on a regularly and enforces the implementation of actions toward the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel and guest satisfaction.
* Remain highly visible and be readily available for guests
* Take initiative to offer assistance or answer questions
* Support team members to ensure the team's entire workload is completed daily.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

* Hotel experience/ Hotel Management experience is preferred.
* High School diploma required. College/University education preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
