Who You Are

You’re a natural leader with at least 3 years of residential property management experience under your belt. You know how to keep a property humming, residents happy, vendors accountable, and paperwork under control. You’re equal parts problem-solver, communicator, organizer, and community-builder.

You don’t just manage a property — you ELEVATE it.

What You’ll Do

• Be the onsite heartbeat of the community — the go-to person for residents, vendors, and ownership
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance coordination, and property presentation
• Manage leasing, renewals, tours, and resident relations with professionalism and warmth
• Handle notices, rent collection, and compliance with confidence and accuracy
• Keep the property running smoothly through proactive inspections and follow-through
• Build a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone who calls the community home

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of residential property management experience (required)
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-first mindset
• Ability to multitask without losing your cool — or your paperwork
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, TenantTech, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
• A professional presence with a friendly, approachable style
• A passion for creating a well-run, resident-focused community
