Onsite Resident Apartment Managers

Income Property Specialists is looking for onsite resident apartment managers for their growing portfolio of Bay Area apartment buildings. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of onsite resident manager experience with particular emphasis on leasing vacant units. Teams are needed as well as individuals.

Preferred candidates have experience with California landlord-tenant laws, unlawful detainers and industry specific software programs like Yardi, RentCafe or Onsite, Zumper, Zillow, Dwellsy, Craigslist and other online marketing and leasing services.

A competitive salary and benefits are provided for full time employees (some positions are part-time for individuals and teams interested in working less than 30 hours/week). A criminal background check will be performed on all applicants.
