eShow is looking for a personable, tech-savvy Onsite Tech Support Specialist (OTSS) to join our team. If you enjoy solving puzzles, working with people, and the excitement of live events, this role is perfect for you. As an OTSS, you are the face of our onsite technology. You’ll be the hero onsite at conferences and trade shows, ensuring exhibitors and clients have a seamless experience with our software and hardware.

In this role, you aren’t just tech—you are a consultant, a troubleshooter, and a brand ambassador. You will ensure clients and attendees have a seamless experience with our hardware and software, often while onsite at high-profile conferences and trade shows across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Identify and fix software/hardware issues, guiding users through step-by-step procedures with patience and clarity.
• Onsite Expert: Travel frequently (approximately 10-20 days per month) to manage event technology, implement hardware setups, and provide real-time support.
• Client Advocacy: Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and technical satisfaction.
• Technical Collaboration: Work with internal staff to research complex problems and stay updated on the latest technology innovations and trends.
• Multi-Channel Support: Field support requests via calls, chat, and email to ensure minimal downtime for our users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Curiosity: While we’d love to see an A+ or Network+ certification, what matters most is your ability to dive into new software and hardware and become the expert others rely on.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
