Onsite Videographer – (Full Time, Kuwait)

We’re looking for a creative Videographer who can bring this vision to life through cinematic storytelling and high impact short-form content.

What You’ll Do

• Capture powerful moments across Inspire’s spaces, from RedZone HIIT sessions and pool workouts to café culture and recovery lounges.

• Film, edit, and produce daily content optimized for Reels, YouTube, and paid ads.

• Work closely with the marketing team to plan shoots that evoke emotion, energy, pride, belonging, and transformation.

• Leverage AI tools (Runway, Sora, Topaz, Descript, etc.) to enhance and accelerate production.

• Manage the full production cycle: storyboarding → filming → editing → delivery.

• Maintain Inspire’s visual identity: premium, authentic, and emotionally resonant.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in videography, editing, and short-form content creation.

• Strong understanding of lighting, pacing, and storytelling for lifestyle and fitness content.

• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or AI-based editors.

• A storyteller’s instinct and an eye for emotional moments.

• A collaborative mindset, able to work onsite daily with our marketing team in Kuwait.
