Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve authentic Greek dishes following established recipes and presentation standards
• Assist with food plating and garnishing to ensure visual appeal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient restaurant operations
• Follow all food safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for Greek cuisine or culinary arts is a plus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, is advantageous
