Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated OPD Assembler and Stock Support to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling components, supporting inventory management, and ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with assembly processes, and familiarity with warehouse and factory settings. Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
- Support inventory management by organizing, labeling, and maintaining stock levels within the warehouse or manufacturing floor.
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials and assist in loading or unloading shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with quality checks during assembly to ensure products meet required standards.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets.
- Support stock replenishment activities and document inventory movements accurately.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling equipment such as forklifts and power tools.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely.
- Experience with warehouse operations or inventory support is advantageous.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read technical drawings or work instructions is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety consciousness.
