Job Summary:

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality patient care, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, improving processes, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Supervise medical and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor patient flow and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle patient complaints and feedback professionally to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to enhance clinical performance.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in medical software and MS Office applications.
