Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced OPD Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Outpatient Department, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient service delivery, and high-quality care. Core Responsibilities

Operations & Patient Flow: Oversee day-to-day OPD operations and streamline workflows.

Staff Management: Supervise and schedule doctors, nurses, and administrative teams.

Quality Control: Maintain service standards and monitor patient feedback.

Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance patient experience.

Administrative Duties: Manage appointments, patient records, and OPD resources.

Financial Management: Oversee budgets, monitor expenses, and achieve financial targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
