Job Overview: Hourly Manager (Front & Back of House)

Pay Range: $18–$20/hour

Experience: Previous Hot Pot experience preferred

We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Hourly Manager to oversee operations across both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). As a dual-role leader, you will be the glue that holds our service together, ensuring that our guests receive impeccable service and our kitchen operates with precision. If you are a natural leader who isn’t afraid to jump into the "weeds," we want to hear from you.

  • Front of House Leadership: Oversee the dining floor, manage waitlists, and lead servers/hosts to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Back of House Leadership: Monitor the prep and line teams to ensure food safety protocols (FIFO) are strictly followed and quality is maintained.
  • Requirements: Previous supervisory experience required; must hold a valid food manager certification and have the flexibility to work nights/weekends.

Job Overview: Line Cook

Pay Range: $12–$15/hour

Experience: High-volume kitchen experience preferred

As a Line Cook, you are the heart of our kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with speed and consistency during our busiest rushes.

  • Key Responsibilities: Execute menu items to exact specifications, maintain a clean and organized station, and communicate effectively with the BOH team.
  • Requirements: Strong knife skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and a commitment to food safety.

Job Overview: Prep Cook

Pay Range: $12–$15/hour

Experience: Entry-level to intermediate

The Prep Cook ensures our kitchen is set up for success. You are responsible for the fresh ingredients and broth bases that define our flavor.

  • Key Responsibilities: Wash, peel, and chop vegetables; prepare meats and sauces; and ensure all prep items are labeled and stored correctly according to FIFO standards.
  • Requirements: Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow recipes accurately.

Job Overview: Dishwasher

Pay Range: $12–$14/hour

Experience: No experience necessary

Our Dishwashers are the unsung heroes of the restaurant. You keep the engine running by ensuring the BOH has clean tools and the FOH has sparkling tableware.

  • Key Responsibilities: Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, and cookware; assist with basic kitchen cleaning; and manage trash removal.
  • Requirements: A strong work ethic, physical stamina to stand for long periods, and a team-player attitude.

Job Overview: Server / Host

Pay Range: Server $2.15/hour + Tips | Host $10-$12/hour

Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred

As a Server/Host, you are the face of our restaurant. You provide the warm welcome and attentive service that keeps our guests coming back.

  • Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests, explain the menu (including hot pot cooking styles), take orders, and maintain a clean and inviting dining room.
  • Requirements: Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
