Open Secret is a healthy snacks and foods brand on a mission to “Un-Junk India” by offering snacks that are nutritious, tasty, and free from common junk ingredients like refined flour (maida), palm oil, trans fats, and artificial colours or preservatives.

What You’ll Do

- Own end-to-end business operations for e-commerce and quick commerce channels across assigned verticals, with complete responsibility for building and scaling the supply chain.

- Drive selection planning, daily operations, product availability, and expansion across online platforms.

- Grow online channels by improving fill rates, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and strengthening inventory management and demand planning.

- Leverage data extensively to identify gaps, drive operational improvements, and enable scalable growth.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across functions.

In essence, you will operate as the business owner for online channels—leading the team, setting direction, making critical decisions, and delivering strong operational and commercial outcomes. This is a highly operational and data-intensive role, requiring deep ownership, structured thinking, and strong leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
