We are Hiring: AI Specialist - Growth Automation & Intelligence


ROLE PURPOSE
  • Build and run AI systems, automated workflows, and intelligence dashboards.
  • Turn strategy into working AI systems that scale client growth without growing manual effort.

WORKFLOW & PROCESS AUTOMATION
  • Design and build end-to-end automated workflows across campaign management, creative
production, compliance, reporting, and client communication.
  • Eliminate repeatable manual tasks so the team focuses on strategy and growth.

AI CREATIVE & COPY ENGINE
  • Build systems that generate high-volume ad hooks, scripts, headlines, and UGC briefs per client.
  • Tailor output to each client's audience segments and brand voice.
  • Increase creative output volume significantly to accelerate testing and iteration speed.
ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE DASHBOARDS
  • Connect ad platforms, CRM, and sales data into unified client dashboards.
  • Track percentage improvements in CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.

INVENTORY INTELLIGENCE & DEMAND FORECASTING
  • Predict sell-through rate vs stock levels in real time.
  • Forecast stockout risk based on ad spend pace and historical sell rates.
  • Alert team when stock is likely to run out before next delivery.
  • Recommend ad spend adjustments to match available inventory.
  • Automate supplier reorder triggers when stock hits defined thresholds.

MARKET INTELLIGENCE
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer sentiment, forums, and social trends per client category.
  • Feed insights automatically into creative briefs and campaign strategy.

CAMPAIGN OPTIMISATION VIA AI AGENTS
  • Build Claude-powered agents that monitor live performance and surface optimisation actions.
  • Automate budget reallocation toward winning creatives.
  • Flag compliance issues and deliver weekly AI-generated performance summaries.

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Hands-on LLM API experience (Claude, OpenAI or similar).
  • Python and ad platform API integration skills.
  • Workflow automation and process design experience.
  • Dashboard and data pipeline building ability.
  • Strong grasp of paid media and e-commerce fundamentals.
  • Ability to work across multiple clients and industries simultaneously.
