Opening for Sales & Customer Coordination

o Manage end-to-end sales coordination for industrial/machinery products.

o Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for customers.

o Handle inquiries, order confirmations, dispatch updates, and after-sales follow-ups. Documentation & Reporting o Maintain sales records, order tracking, and customer databases (CRM/ERP).

o Generate sales MIS reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards for management. o Ensure accuracy of commercial documents (invoices, POs, contracts). Cross-Functional Collaboration o Coordinate with logistics, service, and accounts teams for seamless order execution.

o Follow up on stock availability, dispatch timelines, and payment status. Customer Relationship Management o Maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients in the machinery/automation industry.

o Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when required. Payment & Collections o Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.

o Support finance teams in reconciliation of accounts.
