Opening for Senior Architect

Core responsibilities

• Project leadership: Lead the design and development of projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Client and stakeholder management: Present design proposals, attend client meetings, and collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
• Design and documentation: Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Compliance and regulation: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and relevant regulations.
• Project management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and oversee the construction process through site visits and coordination.
• Team leadership: Mentor and supervise junior architects and other design staff, providing guidance on complex issues.
• Problem-solving: Address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
