Service Engineer - Packaging Machines

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair packaging machines for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Installation: Install packaging machines at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on packaging machines, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot machine issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.

4. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine installations, maintenance, and repairs.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and design teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

1. Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in servicing packaging machines or similar equipment.

3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as packaging machine operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
