Rise & Shine with Tim Hortons! Early Morning Crew (3:50AM–12PM)

We’re looking for reliable, energetic early risers to join our morning crew and help our guests start their day right—with fresh coffee, great food, and even better service.

What You’ll Do:

• Start Someone’s Day Right – Greet every guest with a smile (yes, even before sunrise!)
• Make the Magic Happen – Prepare coffee, drinks, and food with care and consistency
• Keep It Moving – Deliver fast, accurate service in a high-energy environment
• Create a Great Space – Help keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and welcoming

What to Expect Your First 90 Days:

• First 30 Days: Learn the ropes, meet your team, and get comfortable serving guests
• By 60 Days: Confidently making drinks and menu items like a pro
• By 90 Days: Owning your role and contributing to a smooth, positive team vibe

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and able to work early mornings (3:50AM start) + weekends
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in food service, retail, or POS systems is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)

Pay: $13.73 - $16.50 per hour
