Operating Room Nurse/ Surgical Tech

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operating Room Nurse / Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist in surgical procedures, ensure a sterile environment, and support surgeons and medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile technique
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery
• Monitor surgical equipment and report any issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals

For Operating Room Nurse:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license QCHP
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Minimum [X] years of experience in an operating room setting

For Surgical Technologist:

• Diploma or Associate degree in Surgical Technology
• Certification (e.g., CST) preferred
• QCHP License
• Previous OR experience is an advantage
