About the Role: Are You the One?

Houzeo is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Document Automation Executive to streamline and automate broker-provided documents with speed and accuracy. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the automation process—ensuring error-free delivery while collaborating with broker partners for feedback and approvals.
You’ll not only work with tools and systems but also play a key role in enhancing onboarding experiences and driving efficiency across teams.If you enjoy problem-solving, working with automation tools, and building scalable processes, we’d love to connect with you!

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

✅ Take complete ownership of document automation using in-house tools and software ✅ Deliver automation tasks on time with high accuracy and minimal supervision
✅ Communicate with clients (primarily via email) to gather feedback and approvals on forms
✅ Ensure correct document setup and service configuration across all client accounts
✅ Streamline vendor onboarding by simplifying setup and documentation
✅ Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge bases for automated processes
✅ Respond to routine vendor emails while maintaining professional communication standards
✅ Continuously identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance client experience
✅ Analyse existing processes and contribute to optimisation and automation initiatives ✅ Handle ad-hoc data and process analysis requests with precision

What You Bring

Graduated in any discipline
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with software platforms
Basic understanding of inventory systems, databases, or similar tools (a plus)
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Positive, customer-first attitude with professional communication skills
Willingness to work the Night Shift (required)

Nice to Haves

Prior experience in process automation, data management, or client onboarding
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability
Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and adopt new tools & technologies
