Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Operations & Customer Service Executive with expertise in Land Freight and a strong background in consolidation door-to-door services to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in land freight operations within the UAE, demonstrating a solid understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, particularly in consolidation services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Keep customers updated on shipment status
• Build strong client relationships

Qualifications:-

Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.-2 years of experience in land freight operations, with a focus on -consolidation services, preferably within the UAE.-Strong knowledge of local and international logistics and transportation regulations.-Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.
