Operation and Logistics Specialist (Full-time)

As an Operation and Logistics Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of medical supplies and equipment, contributing to our mission of enhancing healthcare delivery in the region.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a medical company in KSA.
• Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with KSA procurement processes, including NUPCO and EATIMAD, as well as other private entities.
• Supplier Communication: Experience in communicating with outsourced suppliers and medical suppliers in KSA.

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of operations and logistics for medical supplies.
• Ensure timely procurement of medical supplies through established channels.
• Communicate effectively with outsourced suppliers and medical suppliers in KSA.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
