Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Sales Administration Manager to join our growing team in Hurghada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales administration processes and ensuring smooth operational workflows across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sales administration activities including contracts, reservations, documentation, and client records.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales agreements and related documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Relations teams to streamline operations.
• Monitor sales data, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Manage the CRM system and maintain accurate client and sales records.
• Supervise and support the sales administration team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage client follow-ups related to unit installment payments and ensure timely payment reminders.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance sales support and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Administration or Operations in the Real Estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales documentation, contracts, and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across multiple departments.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies for improvement
• Proficiency in coordinating operations and managing administrative tasks.
