Sales Support
- Assist in managing client inquiries, quotations, and bookings.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices in coordination with the finance and sales teams.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales trackers, and CRM systems.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and event coordination when needed.
- Follow up on leads, pending payments, and client feedback.
Operations Coordination
- Oversee daily operational schedules to ensure smooth execution of sessions, events, or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (administration, logistics, finance, and service providers) for timely delivery of client requirements.
- Track inventory, supplies, and materials needed for operations.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including sales results and operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing operational and financial reports as requested by management.
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure high-quality client experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support in maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma, digital marketing or general education degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience in wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries.
