Sales Support

  • Assist in managing client inquiries, quotations, and bookings.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices in coordination with the finance and sales teams.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales trackers, and CRM systems.
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and event coordination when needed.
  • Follow up on leads, pending payments, and client feedback.

Operations Coordination

  • Oversee daily operational schedules to ensure smooth execution of sessions, events, or services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (administration, logistics, finance, and service providers) for timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Track inventory, supplies, and materials needed for operations.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including sales results and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing operational and financial reports as requested by management.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure high-quality client experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support in maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma, digital marketing or general education degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience in wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools or sales tracking systems.
  • Collaborative, dependable, and solution-focused attitude.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
