Operation Assistant

• Assist in preparing trade documents, contracts, and shipping paperwork to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, clients, and logistics partners across different regions and time zones.
• Support project execution by tracking orders, shipments, and payment schedules with attention to detail.
• Conduct market research and gather data to support business development and client engagement.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the management team for international trade projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
