Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operation Executive. The Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within the company to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve company goals.
• Manage and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
