- Daily Operational Coordination: Organize the daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of heavy equipment, ensuring the timely deployment (delivery) and return of machinery.
- Logistics & Transportation Management: Coordinate logistics between the warehouse/yard and job sites, managing transportation for equipment movement.
- Client & Sales Support: Act as a liaison between clients, operators, and the sales team to confirm bookings, follow up on existing rentals, and handle customer queries.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain rental contracts, delivery notes, and daily activity logs. Track utilization and update data in internal systems (e.g., Zoho, Google Sheets, or Excel).
- Equipment Maintenance & Inspection: Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating with mechanics for repairs, and ensuring 3rd party inspections are done.
- Inventory & Parts Control: Monitor inventory of spare parts and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and serviced before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations, drivers, and operators comply with company safety protocols and local regulations.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in heavy equipment rental, construction, or logistics operations in the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Knowledge of rental management software is a plus.
- Language: Good command of English (written and spoken); Hindi/Urdu is highly preferred for client communication in the UAE.
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, proactive, and keen attention to detail.
