Operation Associate

Position Summary

The Operations Associate is responsible for supporting daily business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. This role involves coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, assisting with workflow improvements, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor transport line.
• Load, unload, and transfer materials or products following rules as determined.
• Inspect the transport line for faults, blockages, or mechanical issues.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist with minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of transported items and daily activities.
• Coordinate with field staff, loading supervisors and sales person to maintain efficient workflow.
• Support loading and dispatch operations as needed.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to optimize transport efficiency.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce errors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, production, or transport operations preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime when needed.
