DeltCorp Security Group is seeking detail-oriented and organized Dispatchers to join our team. We recognize the quality of our people enables growth and now is your chance to join our team! This position will handle requests via phone, texts, and online. This position will manage inbound and outbound calls, and some scheduling. To be successful in this position, the candidate must have a strong sense of urgency and good customer service skills. The candidate must have a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Deltcorp Security Group is now hiring part-time and full-time Operations Center Dispatchers in the Sparta TN area. All applicants must go through a criminal background investigation and drug screening prior to job placement

• Schedule: Part-& Full-time schedules available
• Pay: $14-16 per hour

Responsibilities
Summary: Receive and place calls to employees. Monitor CCTV camera systems, find coverage for special details, ensure officers have clocked in on duty.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service
• Computer knowledge
• High School diploma (Preferred)
• Reliable Transportation
• Have a valid state issued Driver's License and Social Security Card
• Must display a professional appearance and attitude
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug test
